Ingredients
- 4 Lobster Tails (from Carmelita Seafood)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Prepare the Lobster Tails
- Preheat broiler and position rack 6-8 inches from heat
- Cut top shell with kitchen shears, stopping before tail fin
- Lift meat through slit, leaving end attached
- Rest meat on top of shell

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Stir until well mixed

Brush the Lobster Tails
- Place tails on baking sheet
- Brush generously with garlic butter sauce
- Reserve some sauce for serving

Broil the Lobster Tails
- Broil for 8-10 minutes
- Cook until meat is opaque and edges are slightly browned
- Baste with more butter halfway through

- Remove from oven
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve with lemon wedges and remaining sauce
