Ingredients

  • 4 Lobster Tails (from Carmelita Seafood)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1 Prepare the Lobster Tails
  • Preheat broiler and position rack 6-8 inches from heat
  • Cut top shell with kitchen shears, stopping before tail fin
  • Lift meat through slit, leaving end attached
  • Rest meat on top of shell
2 Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • Combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • Stir until well mixed
3 Brush the Lobster Tails
  • Place tails on baking sheet
  • Brush generously with garlic butter sauce
  • Reserve some sauce for serving
4 Broil the Lobster Tails
  • Broil for 8-10 minutes
  • Cook until meat is opaque and edges are slightly browned
  • Baste with more butter halfway through
5 Serve
  • Remove from oven
  • Garnish with fresh parsley
  • Serve with lemon wedges and remaining sauce
