Package Protection

Carmenita Seafood offers package protection and insurance to all customers who opt-in with their orders. This protection ensures that your packages are safeguarded against loss, damage, or theft during transit. All claims must be filed via email at carmenitaseafoodhouseinc@gmail.com A representative will respond to your claim within 24-48 hours.

Refunds and Returns

We do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 562-777-9601 or email  carmenitaseafoodhouseinc@gmail.com , and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 hours of delivery and confirm that the items were promptly refrigerated or frozen.
  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You need to email us photos of all unused products within 48 hours.

Warm Delivery Claims

  • Claims for warm deliveries must be reported within 1 hour of arrival.
  • A video showing a digital temperature thermometer in all products is required (infrared thermometers are not acceptable). The probe must be left in for 15 seconds and captured on video.

To start a refund, contact us at  carmenitaseafoodhouseinc@gmail.com  If your refund is accepted, we will offer one of the following: Reward Points, a reshipment of goods, store credit, or a refund if warranted. Please note: If you discard the product before sending pictures, refunds and store credits will not be honored.

Exceptions

  • If your package is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but arrives the next day, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
  • We do not accept exchanges for perishable food items due to health codes.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
