Ingredients
For the Crab Cakes:
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Additional ingredients as listed
For the Spicy Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- Smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crab Cakes
Mix ingredients gently, form into 8 patties
2. Cook the Crab Cakes
3-4 minutes per side until golden
3. Make the Aioli
Whisk all sauce ingredients together
4. Serve
Plate with aioli and garnishes
