Discover sustainably harvested New Zealand Mussel , our Mussels are sustainably harvested from New Zealand and are flash-frozen to preserve their natural taste and texture. Greenshell mussels are slightly larger than the typical black mussel.

  • Arrives blanched and flash-frozen (Must be cooked before consumption.)
  • ORIGIN: Product of New Zealand

How to thaw and store

  • Do Not Refreeze: Refreezing can ruin their texture and flavor.
