Cajun Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp: In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes for extra flavor.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Add Lemon: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or alongside a fresh salad.
