How to Cook Snow Crab Legs

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation
1. Thaw the Crab Legs
- Place in refrigerator overnight, or
- Run under cold water for 15-20 minutes
Cooking Methods
Steaming (Recommended)
- Fill pot with 2 inches of water; bring to boil
- Place steamer basket over water
