How to thaw and store

Thawing:

  • Refrigerator: Thaw in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
  • Cold Water: Submerge in cold water for quicker thawing.

Storing:

  • Freezer: Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 6 months.

Cooking:

  • Steam: Steam for 5-7 minutes.
  • Boil: Boil for 4-6 minutes.
  • Grill: Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes
