How to thaw and store
  • Slow Thaw Method: Place the frozen lobster tail in the refrigerator and let it thaw overnight.
  • Quick Thaw Method: Keep the lobster tail in its plastic bag and run it under cold water until thawed. Once thawed, remove it from the bag immediately.

Storage:

  • After thawing, store the lobster tail in the refrigerator and consume it within 24 hours.
  • Important: Do not soak the lobster tail in water, as this can affect its texture and flavor.
